These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from OSMANS. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:
1. Exchange Policy
- Goods may be exchanged for the full value paid.
- Exchanges are permitted only if the goods have not been damaged, misused, altered, or re-modelled, particularly in the case of jewelry pieces.
2. Condition of Goods
- Items must be returned in their original condition as sold by OSMANS.
- Any signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or customization will make the item ineligible for exchange.
3. Proof of Purchase
- A valid original invoice or receipt must be presented at the time of exchange.
4. Valuation
- Exchanges are limited to the value originally paid as stated on the invoice.
- Any price differences on exchanged items must be settled at the time of exchange.
5. Final Decision
- OSMANS reserves the right to inspect all items and make the final decision on exchange eligibility.
6. General
- These terms are subject to change without prior notice.
- All matters shall be governed by the applicable laws of Sri Lanka.
